The MIHL is a Men’s hockey league that operates out of the Manotick arena from September to April on Sunday night’s 7-12pm. It is a draft league and there are 8 teams. The league has been in existence for over 25 years and is host to some great hockey and great friendships made along the way.

We also host an annual tourney in November. Our games are a little longer than the standard 50 minute ice times.
